Cancelling your booking

• More than 14 days before arrival: full refund less a NZ$50 administration fee. [Placeholder]
• 7–14 days before arrival: 50% refund. [Placeholder]
• Less than 7 days: no refund, but one free date change if your visa or flight is delayed.

Changing your flight or date

Free up to 24 hours before arrival for flight changes; one free date change for visa delays.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned to the original card through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

If we cancel

If we cannot deliver a booked service, you receive a full refund of that service or an agreed alternative.
