DreamVoyagers Ltd (“we”, “us”) provides arrival and settlement coordination services in Auckland, New Zealand. We coordinate third-party accommodation, transport, telecommunications and food providers on your behalf.
We provide practical, administrative assistance. We do not provide immigration advice (we are not licensed under the Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007), legal, tax or financial advice. We cannot guarantee that a bank will open an account, that Inland Revenue will issue an IRD number within a particular time, or any other decision made by a third party.
A booking is confirmed when payment has been received and verified. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card details. Prices include GST unless stated otherwise.

Where the traveller is under 18, the booker confirms they are the parent or legal guardian, or have their consent, and provides an emergency contact. [Wording to be confirmed with legal adviser.]
